PICKUP ORDER
Local pickup is available Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Use code PICKUP at checkout to deduct shipping costs. Once you have placed wait for a text/email withpickup time/date. Any orders received after 3pm can be picked up the following day.Â

We ship out Monday-Friday. Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed and packed. You will receive your order within 3-5 business days once you have received shipment confirmation.Â

We do not offer any refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be UNOPENED,UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it.
We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses, any products changes and/or corrections. We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.
If an item is damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 5 days we are no longer held accountable for any damage done to the item.

Lost or Stolen items (marked as delivered)
To prevent lost or stolen items we do provide “usps signature confirmation” as a shipping method to ensure that you receive your package. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once items are shipped, we are not liable for your package. Please contact your local USPS with your given tracking number if there is a problem with your delivery.Â
Wrong order/missing item
In the event that you have received the wrong order or are missing an item please contact us via email sltartistry@gmail.com immediately so we can assist you. We will cover shipping costs.Â
