Shipping and processing time
- Shipping processing time is 1-3 business days
TRACKING INFORMATION:
- Tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the shipper has your package (UPS,USPS, FEDEX)
- Once items are shipped we are not liable for any item being lost,misplaced or stolen
- Customers are responsible for all related issues concerning incorrect addresses.
- Please reach out to FEDEX, UPS, USPS directly if any packages have been stolen or lost.
We do not offer any refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it.
For all PICKUP orders you will receive a text message once your order is ready to be picked up to the phone number that you provided. (Please make sure this information is correct) if you desire to pick the order up sooner for emergency reasons you may reach out to me (Instagram.com/sltartistry)
